Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SigNull BTC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access my services.

Services

SigNull BTC provides Web3 development services including but not limited to:

• Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and BNB blockchain development
• Runes and Ordinals implementation
• Web applications and websites
• Financial applications
• SEO and digital marketing services
• Custom software development

Project Engagement

All projects require a formal agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Project specifications will be documented and agreed upon before work begins. Changes to project scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We accept payment in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and traditional payment methods. Deposits may be required before project commencement. Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of full payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. I retain rights to general methodologies, tools, and frameworks used in development. I may showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

Working with blockchain technology involves inherent risks:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and permanent
• Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities despite best practices
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and unpredictable
• Regulatory environments are evolving and may change
• Network congestion may affect transaction speeds and costs

Clients acknowledge these risks and agree that SigNull BTC is not liable for losses resulting from blockchain technology limitations or market conditions.

Warranties and Disclaimers

I provide services "as is" and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. While I strive for excellence, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. I am not responsible for third-party services, APIs, or blockchain networks used in projects.

Limitation of Liability

SigNull BTC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Confidentiality

I maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
